At Creative Dawood, we value your satisfaction and strive to maintain a transparent working relationship. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which services can be canceled and refunds can be requested.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Monthly Packages (Standard, Professional, Enterprise)

  • Clients may cancel their subscription anytime before the next billing cycle begins.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email at least 3 days prior to renewal date.

  • Once the new billing cycle starts, no cancellation or refund will be issued for that period.

1.2 One-Time Projects / Custom Orders

  • For fixed-price, one-time projects, cancellation is allowed only before work begins.

  • If the project is already in progress, cancellation will be allowed but charges will be applied based on the stage of completion:

    • 0–25% completed: 75% refund

    • 25–50% completed: 50% refund

    • 50–75% completed: 25% refund

    • 75–100% completed: No refund

1.3 Non-Responsive Clients

If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 15 days, the project may be put on hold or canceled without refund. Communication and cooperation are essential for a successful outcome.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If work has not yet started on your project and cancellation request is received in time.

  • If we are unable to deliver the project as per the agreed scope or timeline.

  • If the client is dissatisfied with early-stage work and no final files/designs have been delivered, a partial refund may be issued.

2.2 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • After final design delivery or website handover

  • Delay in delivery due to client’s own unresponsiveness

  • Change of mind or project direction mid-way

  • Services purchased under a discounted/promo offer

  • Subscription canceled after billing cycle renewal

2.3 Processing Refunds

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

  • All refunds are subject to deduction of payment gateway charges (if applicable).

3. Modification or Termination of Services

Creative Dawood reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order or service, at any time, due to inappropriate client behavior, misuse of service, or breach of terms. In such cases, a full or partial refund may be issued based on the work status.
